Our mission was to revolutionize the employer branding landscape through the creation of a visual identity for a growth mindset series. By spotlighting profound quotes from company executives, partners, and even public figures, our objective went beyond the business focus to emphasize a growth-oriented mindset. The challenge was to design visuals that not only engaged the audience but also extended the shelf life of the series.

We struck a balance, blending simplicity with complexity. Using neutral palettes and black-and-white headshots, we created an elegant backdrop for impactful quotes. For public figures, large landscape images added distinction. This separation ensured clarity between internal insights and external wisdom. To broaden reach, we overlapped public figure quotes with cultural holidays, captivating our audience with every visual narrative.

Craft compelling visual assets promoting a virtual fireside chat series hosted by Paul Blanco, CEO and founder of Barnum, featuring Daymond John, renowned CEO of FUBU and host of ABC's Shark Tank. The challenge was to position Daymond John at the forefront of the composition while experimenting, within limits, beyond the established brand identity aesthetic. This flexibility aimed to attract Daymond John to reshare the content on his influential social channels, acknowledging the exclusivity and magnitude of the event.

Designed two distinct visual assets for pre-event promotion. One exclusively featured Daymond John, while the other incorporated both Paul and Daymond. This dual approach provided optionality for resharing on Daymond's social channels and ensured cohesion with his posting cadence. The design embraced a bold, striking, and minimal cutout text effect with a yellow color palette, aligning seamlessly with the brand identity of Barnum and Daymond. By utilizing black and white photos, we created a minimalist composition with a clear hierarchy, placing event and guest information at the forefront for optimal user engagement.
